ORHS THEATRE DEPARTMENT

We are a 6-A High School Theatre Arts program that works hard to bring exciting, entertaining educational productions to our community.
Currently, we have 300 students in Theatre & Technical Theatre Classes!
Our students have the opportunity to compete year round in speech tournaments, at the Texas Thespian State Festival, for Prose & Poetry U.I.L., as well as the U.I.L. One-Act Play State Competition during the Spring Semester.
Each year we produce at least 4 main productions (and every other year one of those is a MUSICAL).
Throughout the year, we make it a priority to give back by participating in service projects such as Trick-Or-Treat-So-Kids-Can-Eat and the Montgomery County Holiday Toy Drive.
